  • Cancellations: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend without notice, may incur a charge to cover the reserved slot. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full session fee will still apply.

  • Medical Conditions: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before their appointment to ensure safe and effective treatment.

  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the session. We accept cash and bank transfer. Please confirm your preferred payment method when booking.

5. Refunds and Complaints

  • Refunds: Refunds for completed sessions are not typically offered unless required under applicable consumer protection law.
  • Complaints: If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns promptly. We take all feedback seriously and will do our best to resolve any issues.

6. Client Conduct

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all clients. Any behaviour that is inappropriate, disrespectful, or makes the therapist feel uncomfortable will result in the immediate termination of the session. In such cases, the full session fee remains payable and future bookings may be refused.
